The SO timeline for August-September looks like this: Objective: finish all study in mid of December 2019, to get ready for invitationals early January 2020 Therefore, we need to form all teams, recruit all coaches, supply materials, and start studying by 9/23/19 8/27/19 - Intro meeting with interested students and parents, @ MUR, 6:30-8pm Recruit remaining 12 coach-volunteers out of 23 (11 already confirmed) 8/30/19 finalize coaches list, students list 9/4/19 - coaches meeting: rules, resources, session scheduling, @ library, 6:30-8pm 9/6/19 - SO registration meeting for students and parents, coaches introduce themselves, Reg Link goes live 9/13/19 - receive teachers recommendations for each student 9/19/19 - finish team formation 9/23/19 - send out event info to students, student lists to coaches, start studying
